Refunds

Before we start writing, cancel for a full refund. Once you approve the lyrics, the song is made just for you, so there are no refunds for a change of heart. You still get one free rewrite. If we miss your need-by date, you get a full refund and we still finish your song. If we got a name or fact wrong, we fix it free.

Delivery

Lyrics in about 1 business day after we get your story. The finished song within 3 business days, or the next business day with Rush. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting U.S. holidays.

How songs are made

We write every song from the story you give us. Vocals and music are produced with AI music tools, and a person checks every song before it's delivered.

Using your song

Your song is for personal use: play it, share it, post it, use it in family videos and at events. Please don't sell it or upload it to streaming services.

Your privacy

We use your story, photos and voice memos only to make your song, and we never share or post them without your written OK. Photos and voice memos are deleted 30 days after delivery. Stripe handles payments, so we never see your card number.

What we won't make

Songs meant to embarrass, threaten or harass someone, songs imitating a real artist's name or voice, or songs about someone who wouldn't want one.
